Recording our new CD "The Circle of Life"

On Sunday 1st & 8th of July we all got out of our beds much earlier than usual and went to Marsden Infant and Nursery School to record our fourth CD "The Circle of Life". Brian Bedford once again brought the magical (and very heavy) equipment from his Birdedge studio to capture the sound. As usual we had the odd unexpected interruption, this time it wasn't the church bells we had to contend with, it was the weather that decided to contribute and during a rousing gospel song there was a very loud thunder clap(listen hard and you might be able to hear it). The CD is now at Birdsedge where it is being "tweaked" by Brian and Peter and then it will be sent off for pressing. We had loads of laugh's amongst the hard work and tensions of the recording studio and we are really looking forward to hearing the results(acually it was very laid back really with loads of tea and chocolate biscuits).
